Friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, clean and stylish. The hotel is set in a handsome terrace typical of the West End, opposite the wonderful Botanic Gardens. We will definitely go again. Thank you Glasgow Grosvenor!

Stayed here for a night with family. Can not fault a thing about this hotel, from the cleanliness to staff and food. Our room was in great condition and spotlessly clean, great marks to the housekeeping. Our food was a delight to eat, one of the best steaks I’ve had anywhere. Big shout out to the dining room staff who were great with the kids!
Wonderful stay! Scott at front desk was so accommodating. He checked us in early and offered any assistance we needed. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Great Experience!
Great experience with the Hogmanay Ball 2023/24. The food was excellent. Served beautifully by a Maitre’D organising staff to each table. So much food plenty to choose from. The band were very good and called out the dance steps. Lots of fun and laughter. We would come back again to the Grosvenor Hotel. We were married in the Botanic Suite thirty years ago.
Absolutely Fantastic
We had a truly 10/10 stay at this hotel, located in the heart of the West End. We came to Glasgow for a wedding, and therefore requested an early check in so we could get ready in our room. This was honoured upon calling a very accommodating and friendly concierge to request on the day. Cosy room which overlooked the botanical gardens, couldn’t ask for a better stay.
