Please note: the voucher cannot be used across multiple venues unless all charges are consolidated into a single bill when staying at the hotel.

No change will be given, and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Voucher must be presented upon check-in or redeemed at booking stage for hotel residents.

If using in BeGIN or BoVine vouchers should be shown to you server before ordering food or beverage
